HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most US domestic parcels are delivered within 5-8 days; depending on local postal service. Delays due to incorrect address, inclement weather, acts of God, etc., are not responsibility of Naptime Aromatherapy Co.
Please note that non-custom orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Custom orders ship within 5 days of purchase, unless Naptime Aromatherapy Co. discloses different shipping timelines in your listing. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship our online orders to the United States only.
If you live outside the United States, please email us at michelle@mynaptimejewelry.com indicating the products you would like to order and your address, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes! It is important to us that you love your order! If it is not quite what you expected, we are happy to return it for a different item, or issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Checkout our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

HOW DO I USE MY LAVA BEADS WITH ESSENTIAL OILS?

Apply one drop and rub your favorite pure essential oil in to your lava beads before putting on your jewelry. If you applied too much oil, gently wipe your beads with a dry finger (rubbing excess behind your ears or wrists if you're not sensitive to the oil) or cloth and allow them to dry and let the oils to soak in for a couple minutes. The longer you allow the oils to absorb, the longer your scent may last. The beads will absorb the oils fairly quickly but may appear wet for a short time.

HOW LONG DOES THE AROMA LAST?

This will vary from stone to stone and the essential oil you use but your aroma can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days! Allowing the oils to soak in will also give you better results. The scent will always be the strongest for the first couple hours. Some oils omit a strong aroma, whereas others do not - we recommend using our brand of oils for the strongest and longest lasting, invigorating aroma. Styles featuring larger and multiple stones will hold more oils, thus having a stronger and longer lasting aroma.

WILL THE OILS STAIN MY CLOTHES?

My Naptime Jewelry is not responsible for the type of essential oils you use or how you use them. We do however recommend using 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils as they should not stain your clothes if you happen to get any on them. They will also deliver the most beneficial aromatic experience. To be safe, let your oil completely soak into the lava bead before contact with clothing.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DIFFUSER JEWELRY?

A good rule for any jewelry is - Last on, First off! Please only apply essential oils to the lava beads. If you happen to get any on your chain or elsewhere, please wipe clean. Avoid wearing your jewelry while showering, sleeping, swimming, and exercising. Minimize your jewelry's exposure to any chemicals, such as: lotions, oil blends, hairspray, etc. We also recommend storing your jewelry in a dry environment to avoid oxidation. (Bathrooms are not an ideal location to store jewelry).

CAN I USE DIFFERENT OILS ON THE STONE(S)?

Absolutely! After the scent has faded you can apply a new oil or you can layer different essential oils, since most complement one another very well. No need to wash your stone.
