CUSTOM ORDERS:
My Naptime Jewelry is happy to create custom orders. Please contact us via the website contact form or at michelle@mynaptimejewelry.com to discuss your custom request. Payment in full is due at the time of your custom order.

Custom orders are not eligible for Return unless they have been received broken or if I have misrepresented your item(s). Should you receive a custom order you wish to return, please contact us. Multiple items requested for weddings are considered Custom Orders. If you are unsure please ask prior to purchase.

MATERIALS:
Please allow for natural differences in materials.
Our goal is for you to treasure your purchase.

PRICE ADUSTMENTS:
While My Naptime Jewelry constantly endeavors to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may still occur with respect to the products or services. My Naptime Jewelry reserves the right to modify prices with respect to any such products or services without advance notice either prior to or after receipt of an order confirmation. Unintentional errors in advertised prices are not binding on MyNaptimeJewelry.com or this website, and may be modified by My Naptime Jewelry at any time. In the event that a product or service or any other transaction conducted via this website is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, My Naptime Jewelry shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product or service. In the event that a product or service is mispriced, My Naptime Jewelry may, at its and absolute discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation, it being clarified that My Naptime Jewelry shall have no further obligations towards you with respect thereto.

Coupons may not be combined and may not apply to any sale items unless otherwise explicitly stated. Promotional offers and discounts can not be retroactively applied.

AVAILABILITY:
Occasionally items will go on back-order. We will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. we cannot guarantee availability of any design.

WHOLESALE:
Wholesale accounts are available with a valid resale license. A minimum number of pieces is required. Please email michelle@mynaptimejewelry.com for more information.
